Overview
The Highfield Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors (Refresher) is a nationally recognised qualification required to renew your SIA Door Supervisor licence. From April 2025, all licence holders must complete refresher training to remain eligible to work in the private security industry.
This course is designed for qualified Door Supervisors who need to update their knowledge in line with current legislation, industry standards and evolving security risks. It ensures that all operatives maintain a consistent, up-to-date level of competence.
Delivered by experienced practitioners, the training focuses on practical application and real-world scenarios. You will revisit key areas such as physical intervention, safety awareness and protecting vulnerable individuals, with updated guidance reflecting modern operational challenges.
